This LaTeX lesson planning template, designed by Eliza Diggins (UC Berkeley, Dept. of Astronomy), provides a professional, structured, and pedagogically sound framework for planning, delivering, and reflecting on a university-level lecture or class session. It is especially well-suited for STEM disciplines, including physics and astronomy, but can be adapted for other fields. The template supports both instructional design (objectives, alignment, modality) and teaching reflection, making it useful for instructors, TAs, or course designers.
