Beamer theme Wien as template for presentations at ICT, TU WIen.
This is version v0.5.3 which provides support for the beamer option aspectratio.

The theme can be installed for \textbf{local} or \textbf{global} use.

\item Local installation is the simplest way of installing the theme.
\item You need to placing the 4 source files in the same folder as
your presentation. When you download the theme, the 4 theme
files are located in the {\tt local} folder.
\item Alternatively you have a local \TeX\ folder under your \texttt{home}
directory, where \TeX\ finds your packages.

\item If you wish to make the theme globally available, you must
put the files in your local latex directory tree. The location
of the root of the local directory tree depends on your
operating system and the latex distribution.

Beamer can be used with different aspect ratios: 4:3, 16:10, 16:9,
14:9, 12.5:10, 12.8:9.6, and 13.5:9 as documentclass option, e.g.

The ICT template usually scales the logos and pictures by keeping
the original aspect ratios, so it can handle the different beamer
aspect ratios well. The exception is the background file for the
main frames (not for the first or last frames), because there the
TU Wien logo is part of the background file and gets distorted when
used in different aspect ratios.
