In this introductory chapter, we provide the general introduction
to the project carried out by the authors of this report as part of
the B. Tech. programme of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological
University. The details of the project are discussed
elsewhere in this report. In Section 1 of this chapter we have presented the general background of the project. In Section 2,
we have formulated in clear terms the objectives of the Project. In Section 3, the scope of the project is discussed and in Section 4 we have presented an outline of the scheme of the project.

\chapter{Motivation}
\section{Motivation of the project}
Motivation is the reason for people's actions, willingness and goals. Motivation is derived from the word motive in the English language which is defined as a need that requires satisfaction. These needs could also be wants or desires that are acquired through influence of culture, society, lifestyle, etc. or generally innate. Motivation is one's direction to behaviour, or what causes a person to want to repeat a behaviour, a set of force that acts behind the motives. An individual's motivation may be inspired by others or events (extrinsic motivation) or it may come from within the individual (intrinsic motivation) Motivation has been considered as one of the most important reasons that inspires a person to move forward in life. Motivation results from the interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors.
\subsection{Mastering Motivation}
Mastering motivation to allow sustained and deliberate practice is central to high levels of achievement e.g. in the worlds of elite sport, medicine or music

\chapter{Literature Survey}
%%
This chapter contains a brief account of the published literature \cite{Bradshaw}
related to the present investigation. Due to the tight constraints of time, the authors could not undertake an exhaustive survey and review of all available material related to the project\cite{Reber}. However, the journal papers, books, online publications and other materials that could be accessed and reviewed give a reasonably satisfactory account of the current status of research in the areas related to the current investigation.

However, the journal papers, books, online publications and other materials that could be accessed and reviewed give a reasonably satisfactory account of the current status of research in the areas related to the current investigation\cite{CJ}.

I had the same problem with WinEdt and Windows 8.1 when I starting a new user profile in Windows. When I was trying to compile a presentation in Beamer, the same error was popping up. Tracing the log file, I saw that WinEdt was not able to download the package from the internet. Then, I have installed TeXStudio and tried to compile. It connected to internet and downloaded the necessary files, and compiled correctly. Then, I went back to WinEdt and tried to compile and it did work also. I guess, WinEdt cannot take the administrative authentication to connect the internet unless you run as Administrator. You can use the properties of the exe file to run as Administrator as default.
